1. Jumbo Extended warranty - One Year Plan

• Thank you for purchasing Jumbo Extended warranty - One Year Plan.
• Jumbo Extended warranty provides you extended Peace of Mind by covering your products against manufacturing defects for up to one year from the date of end of manufacturer’s warranty.
• Your Jumbo Extended warranty ONE YEAR PLAN entitles you to repair the specific Product for which extended warranty is taken for a MAXIMUM OF TWO TIMES during the one-year Extended Warranty coverage period.  However, in the event the product is beyond repair and is replaced* (* please refer Terms and Conditions), the coverage under Jumbo Extended warranty plan being linked to the specific Product handed over to us for getting the replacement will expire automatically.  In case of replacement, your replaced products will be eligible for regular manufacturer warranty starting from the date of replacement.
• Please keep this certificate and the original Invoice of your product(s} in a safe place for future reference since these will need to be presented as proof of purchase and your product's eligibility for claiming the coverage.

2. Jumbo Extended warranty - Two Year Plan

• Thank you for purchasing Jumbo Extended warranty - Two Year Plan.
• Jumbo Extended warranty provides you extended Peace of Mind by covering your products against manufacturing defects for up to Two year from the date of end of manufacturer’s warranty.
• Your Jumbo Extended warranty TWO YEAR PLAN entitles you to repair the specific Product for which extended warranty is taken for a MAXIMUM OF FOUR TIMES during the Two-year Extended Warranty coverage period.  However, in the event the product is beyond repair and is replaced* (* please refer Terms and Conditions), the coverage under Jumbo Extended warranty plan being linked to the specific Product handed over to us for getting the replacement will expire automatically.  In case of replacement, your replaced products will be eligible for regular manufacturer warranty starting from the date of replacement.
• Please keep this certificate and the original Invoice of your product(s} in a safe place for future reference since these will need to be presented as proof of purchase and your product's eligibility for claiming the coverage.

3. Terms & Condition

(i) **What is covered under Jumbo Extended Warranty?

Subject to the extent of exclusions stated in clause 2, Jumbo Extended warranty covers cost of labor, parts and associated service costs necessary to repair the product for issues due to:

• Manufacturing Defects Coverage which means coverage for defects which cause malfunctioning of the product due to manufacturing defect. Coverage of product(s) claimed as Manufacturing Defects will strictly be subject to evaluation by the authorized service expert, whose assessment shall be final and conclusive
• In case a product is found to be unrepairable or unfeasible to repair as decided by Jumbo technical team, Jumbo Extended Warranty covers the cost of replacing the product as per and subject to the table of coverage mentiTwod above.

(ii)*** What is not Covered under Jumbo Extended warranty?

• Any product, which has been used for commercial or rental purposes.
• Any ‘intentional’ or ‘induced’ damage to the product(s).
• Any defect that would not have been covered under manufacturer warranty, if the manufacturer warranty was still applicable
• The period when the Product is under manufacturer Warranty
• Cosmetic damages.
• Damage caused by wear and tear or normal deterioration.
• Routine checks and maintenance.
• Any defect caused as a result of improper usage, negligence, transit/ transportation damage and willful misuse.
• Accidental Damage or Liquid Damage.
• Video/audio head, plugs, batteries, control knobs, connecting cords, remote control, cartridges, cabinets, smart cards, dust bags, air/water filters, fuses, light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, related starters, attachments, cables, light covers or rain covers and other consumables.
• Data Loss. Customer to ensure to take data back-up prior to handing over the product for service.
• Hardware corruption arising due to computer virus infection.
• Modification/alteration of any sort made to the product.
• Product serial/ model number of the set has been tampered with or removed or not available.
• Any defect caused by usage of wrong power supply.
• Faults arising due to failure to follow manufacturer's instructions.

(iii) Jumbo reserves the right to terminate Jumbo Extended Warranty anytime by refunding the pro-rated charges for the remaining period of Jumbo Extended Warranty to the Customer. Notification to this effect will be sent to customer’s registered contact details.
