Terms & Conditions

The Customer opting the Guaranteed Future Buy Back Offer for Samsung S24 (“Offer”) from Jumbo Electronics Co. Ltd. LLC (“Jumbo”) shall be subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

1.  Opting for Buy Back Offer

The cost to opt the Offer shall be AED 129/- (including VAT).

2.  Offer Price

Jumbo shall pay the Guaranteed Price slated below provided the customer returns the Product in Condition 1 or Condition 2 specified below. In the event, the product is not in condition 1 or condition 2, the Offer shall not be valid. Jumbo’s Decision in this regard will be final.

Carrier & iCloud unlock: Works with Du or Etisalat SIM (If not: the Product will be rejected)

3.  Eligibility

The Offer shall be eligible only for the purchase of a new Samsung S24 Series smartphone product from Jumbo between 01 February 2024 to 31 May 2024.

4.  Refund

No cash refund is allowed.

5.  Return Before Eligibility Period

Customers returning the product before the Eligibility date will not be entertained by Jumbo.

6.  Redemption Eligibility

The customer can exchange their S24 series device only against the purchase of the new successor Samsung device between 01 January 2025 till 31 May 2025 and the eligible Guarantee Price sall be adjusted in the purchase value.

7.  Proof of Purchase

The customer needs to present the original invoice of the device at the return to avail the offer.

8.  Proof of Replacement

The customer needs to bring proof of replacement of device if the product originally bought from Jumbo was replaced under warranty by Samsung. The product returned should be of similar Specifications as was originally sold by Jumbo.

9.  Prior check before handingover the device

Prior handing over the device to Jumbo, Customer should ensure to delete all his Data and de-activate Samsung account, Payment wallet services etc. and Jumbo shall not be held responsible for any loss to customer in the event of failure by Customer to do so.

• Next Day Deliveries are available in select locations:
  • Next-day deliveries to areas outside Dubai and Abu Dhabi will resume on 22/04/24.
  • In Dubai:
    Some major areas that are still inaccessible include parts of Barsha, Silicon Oasis, Arabella Mudon, Al Khail Road, and DWC.
    Please anticipate slight delays in delivery due to road congestion and heavy traffic.

• Jumbo Salama Offer - 25% off is valid till 30th April 2024.
• Free services include Labour charge & Service visits, any spare part charges have to be borne by customer, please enquire with Store Staff or Service Centre staff before going ahead with the service repairs.

2. Delays in Delivery

• While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical challenges. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed and minimize any inconvenience caused
• It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete delivery address details during the checkout process. We will not be held liable for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
