1. Walk into the nearest Jumbo store

2. Share old TV details with Jumbo staff

3. Receive an Exchange Value quote for your old TV

4. On approval, a Gift Voucher of the same value is given

5. Use the Gift Voucher against a new TV purchase

6. New TV will be delivered, and old TV will be collected by the Delivery staff

• Details of Old TV should match as shared in store at the time of purchase.
• In case of failure to give the old TV as per terms and conditions mentioned at the store, the new TV delivery will stand cancelled.

• This exchange offer is valid until stocks last or till the offer expires, whichever is earlier.
• At the time of exchange order pickup, the Delivery Associate will verify the working condition of the old TV.
• The delivery of the new TV will be completed once the DA successfully completes the verification and collects the old TV from the customer's premises.
